You tell us about the business and what you want the site to do. We tell you how we’d approach it and what it would cost. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you to someone who is.

We write and design
You see real pages with real words, not mood boards. Anything that doesn’t sit right, we change.
- Weeks 4–6
We build and launch
You get a fast site that works properly on a phone, and a walkthrough of everything before it goes live.

We stay reachable
Small fixes are included for the first three months. Bigger changes get a plain quote, not a retainer.

Every quote is a fixed price for an agreed scope, in writing, before anything starts. Hosting and your domain are billed at cost — we don’t mark them up.
Who owns what: the questions people are usually too polite to ask.
- The site is yours.
- Domain, design, code and content — all in your name from day one. We’re the builders, not the landlords.
- Leaving is allowed.
- If you want to move on, you take everything with you. No exit fee, no hostage logins, no hard feelings.
- Hosting costs are plain.
- A small monthly amount, billed at what it actually costs, and we’ll tell you the number before you sign.
- Changes go through us.
- Email what needs changing — prices, photos, opening hours — and we do it. Small changes are included for the first three months; after that they're quoted plainly, with no retainer.
